Lola Prussac

A rare find and document for cinema lovers, bought from a former wardrobe mistress  and designed by Lola Prussac : a dress  pictured during a fitting session on famous French Actress Emmanuelle Riva ( " Hiroshima mon amour " ).

It is made of navy blue wool crepe with a pleated skirt and embellished at front with a panel of ancient embroidery, probably part of a 1925 flapper dress.

Signs of use on lining, a few pulls in embroidery.
