From that great designer, late Bernard Perris, a black and white set made of a pique de coton sleeveless blouse with black piping and buttons showing wide wings, a buttoned black linen high waisted skirt with edging under skirt and patched pockets with lapels, a matching belt with plastic buckle and a short jacket-cape with huge paddings and shawl collar.
